Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a copy of your order, the receipt or proof of purchase included in your return.

We highly recommend you contact us first before you start your return process. If it's a quality issue or we made a mistake, we’ll provide you a return shipping label. In certain situation, a return may not be required for a refund or replacement (please see below).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like supplement items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We'll review case by case.
  • Clearance or discontinued items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Returned items must have no visible dust, dirt, grass, human hair or pet hair. 
  • We keep the right to refuse or charge a possible restocking fee on returned item without its original packaging.

Exchanges vs. Refund
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
